We had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect for shopping and exploring the Ginza area, which kept our kids entertained. Plus, the mini fridge and amenities like the kettle made it easy to keep snacks and drinks on hand for the little ones. Super convenient!
In my wife's opinion, an extra electric plug in the room would make it easier for families with children.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby subway stations and the bustling shopping scene. The room was clean and beautifully designed, featuring a quaint European feel. A highlight was the small, square hamburgers from room service, which were delightful. Additionally, there was some confusion regarding the dining options, which could have been clearer.

great location but small bathroom
The location offered easy access to safe areas, perfect for solo travelers. The daily cleaning service was consistently prompt and included fresh pyjamas, adding a nice touch to my experience.
The bathroom, while well-stocked with amenities, felt a bit cramped.

Awesome group vacation! The location was perfect with a convenience store next door and great dining options around. Just a heads up, the rooms are quite cozy and can feel a bit cramped.
Had an issue with the shower in our room. it was tricky to keep it straight. It tilted towards the wall way too much, which was annoying, especially after a long day of exploring. While it didn’t ruin our trip, it did affect our overall comfort during the stay.

Fantastic stay with amazing service!
During my solo trip, I enjoyed a wonderful stay for 3 nights in a non-smoking twin room. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the Ginza subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, fulfilling all my requests including lending me an iron for my clothes. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and I particularly appreciated the thoughtful bathroom amenities. I would have liked a bit more space in the room, but overall, it was a delightful experience.

Perfect for couples wanting a central location
The location is basically everything you need, just outside the madness of Ginza but close enough to walk. The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful when we needed to figure out the subway.
It wasn’t cheap, but definitely acceptable for what we got.
